Growing up in Africa

I grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa, and am very thankful for the lessons life taught me so early on in my life.
I learned that:

  • every day we get to wake up is a blessing,
  • the power of breathing and meditation,
  • how special grandmother’s are,
  • how alive I feel playing sports and exercising.

Each of these 4 lessons had a positive influence on my core beliefs and values, and have guided me to where I am today.

I knew very early on in life that my higher purpose is to help people.

My Health & Fitness Journey

My journey into health and fitness began when I was living in Zimbabwe.  I obtained the first of my Health and Wellness credentials and started treating and training clients.

I took advantage of every opportunity I had to learn more about the mind and body, whether it be reading self-development books, learning how to breathe and meditate at the local temple, attending every training course I could, and listening to fellow fitness professionals.

All of these learnings further ignited my passion for helping people and guided me to the next step of my journey in Australia.

My Australian Journey

Since moving to Melbourne, Australia, I've expanded my qualifications and knowledge to understand how the mind and body functions on a deeper level. I've been blessed to work in some of the best facilities while learning from a wide range of elite health and fitness professionals.

Reflecting back on my career in health and wellness, here are a few moments that I am extra proud of…

  • Working with the Bachar Houli Development Program
  • Completing the SPARTAN Trifecta Race in 2017 and 201
  • Becoming an accredited RTT Hypnotherapist
  • Sharing SR Health Magnesium and Protein with the world
  • My Purpose:

Is to help others feel empowered to make positive, healthy and sustainable changes to live a life full of meaning, purpose, happiness and good health.

  • Cooking:

I love to cook meals full of flavour by experimenting with herbs and spices from all over the world. Spending time in the kitchen is therapeutic and then sharing the food with my loved ones creates special memories.

  • My Spare Time:

I love to be outdoors; hiking or bike riding, cooking food to share with my loved ones, learning from my personal development mentors.
I love recharging my energy through exercise and training.

  • Growing Up:

In Africa taught me at a young age to be grateful for every day and make it count by using everything you have to the best of your ability. I loved playing sports as a youngster, especially hockey.
